This Privacy Policy describes how Inutile ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Usage Data: Anonymized data about how you interact with the Apps, such as features used, session duration, and crash reports.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for diagnostics purposes only.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., when contacting support).

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Apps
• Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
• Understand usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use Apple's App Analytics and crash reporting services. These services collect anonymized data subject to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or sell user data to any third party.

We retain anonymized usage data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We do not maintain databases of personal user information.

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If you are accessing the Apps from outside Japan, please be aware that information may be processed in Japan. By using the Apps, you consent to the transfer of information to Japan.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
